Marriage, Family and Community Harmony Initiative (MFCHI) is a faith-driven, community-based organization dedicated to strengthening marriages, empowering families, and promoting harmony within communities. The initiative was established to address the growing challenges affecting family life such as domestic conflicts, poverty, lack of parenting guidance, and social disharmony.

MFCHI operates from Kigulu Village in Wobulenzi East Parish, Wobulenzi Town Council along Bamunanika Road, serving communities across the district. The organization believes that strong and stable families are the foundation of a peaceful and prosperous society. For this reason, MFCHI focuses on protecting the institution of marriage and supporting families through practical programs that promote unity, understanding, and mutual respect.

Through counselling services, community trainings, and empowerment initiatives, MFCHI works with couples, parents, youth, and vulnerable members of society to help them overcome life challenges and build healthier relationships. The organization provides guidance on communication, conflict resolution, positive parenting, and life planning skills that help families grow stronger and live harmoniously.

MFCHI also supports disadvantaged families, widows, and single parents by equipping them with knowledge and practical skills for economic empowerment and self-reliance. By promoting vocational skills development, financial literacy, and community support networks, the initiative helps families improve their livelihoods and create a better future for their children.
